Lots of people love playing basketball arcade games. But how can you make sure that you are the best player? Here are a few tips to keep in mind when playing with Pop-a-Shot games.
Make eye contact with the hoop.
While many people think this is obvious, a lot of beginners tend to look at their hands or the ball. Make sure to keep eye contact with the hoop in order to keep your aim.
Stand correctly
You should always make sure your feet are shoulder-width apart. Also, make sure you use the dominant side of your body forward. It’s important to also have your knees slightly bent.
Hold the ball correctly
When holding the ball, your dominant hand (shooting hand) should be under the center of the ball, as well as have a flexed wrist. With your other hand make sure your fingers are spread wide apart and holding the ball on the side. The less dominant hand should act as a guide for the more dominant hand.
Shoot!
Bend your elbows and aim at the hoop!
Keep practicing
It might not come out perfect the first time, but it’s important to keep practicing and keep playing the game. The more you play, the better you become! Make sure to use these tips however they work best for you. And don’t forget the more you practice the faster you become.
